Shipping & Returns Policies

We know that your Visionary Veils handcrafted piece is precious to you that’s why we use specialist couriers to ensure it reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Your item will be sent to you after the designated production lead time listed on each product page.  All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Due to the custom made nature of each and every one of our special designs, we  do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you must email us at  within 48 hours to let us know. We will accept return of the item to repair or replace and it will be returned to you within 10 business days.
